This spectacular feature length documentary is presented by Gold Coast Open House as well as ArchiFlix Architecture and Design Film Festival at HOTA on Friday the 4th of October. Exploring the concept of the urban design and the impact of architecture in cities, the problems and solutions that buildings can create, and the rollover effects on city citizens and the environment. Radical Reels Tour
Extreme sport enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers rejoice, because the Radical Reels Tour is coming to HOTA on the 17th of October and it will have you on the edge of your seat and get the adrenalin pumping. Hand selected from the lineup of films from the Banff Mountain Film Festival you can enjoy the best short films highlighting the incredible feats of daring climbers, wing-suit pilots gliding through the air, skilled snowboarders and skiers, and thrilling mountain bike riders.

Kids Take Over - Go Wild at the Movies
From the 3rd to the 5th of October, HOTA is set to be overrun by wild creatures of all shapes and sizes. KIds of all ages will love getting involved with all of the fun and creative adventure as part of the Kids Take Over mini-festival. From creating crazy wildling costumes, to learning about real life wild animals, dancing to wild african beats, or watching wild live entertainment this is one festival of family fun that is a must for your Gold Coast visit.
Continuing with the wild theme HOTA is presenting Go Wild at the Movies where families can enjoy classic movies including Where The Wild Things Are, Bridge to Terabithia, and The Wild. Meet the charismatic characters in these delightful children’s films and let your imaginations run wild.
